Founded in October 2013 by Rido Nurul Adityawan (Pak Gembus), Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus (AGPG) is an Indonesian dish with Yogjakarta origins. It has over 700 shops nationwide. AGPG Indonesia and AGPG Malaysia entered into an agreement whereby AGPG Malaysia is granted the trademark and the ability to conduct business in Malaysia.
Yogjakarta is the birthplace of the Indonesian dish Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus (AGPG). Fresh sambal is served alongside chicken that has been marinated in a mixture of herbs, deep-fried till golden brown, and then mashed.
