Smilian FELDA Tenang Homestay is a village located about 35 kilometres away from Segamat town and 155 kilometres away from Johor Bahru city centre. There are lots of activities you could try out here, activities that you might not have access to in the city.
Besides exploring the natural surroundings, you get to experience a day in the life of a local villager, playing traditional games like galah panjang, congkak, tarik upih or learn how to make handicrafts. You could also learn how to cook and make traditional dishes from your host. If there is a local wedding, you will get chance to attend and experience it. And in the evening, you will get to watch cultural performances like zapin and kuda kepang by the locals.
